Andy Smith ist Senior Vice President Customer Experience bei Swimlane und verantwortet dort die globale Strategie und Umsetzung im Bereich After-Sales. Bei Transamerica leitete er unternehmensweite Cybersicherheitsuntersuchungen und trug so zum Schutz kritischer Finanzsysteme vor internen und externen Bedrohungen bei. Zuvor war er als Ermittler f\u00fcr Cyberkriminalit\u00e4t beim US-Verteidigungsministerium t\u00e4tig und spezialisierte sich dort auf die Erkennung und Abwehr fortgeschrittener Bedrohungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W\u00e4hrend seiner 15-j\u00e4hrigen Karriere in der US-Armee leitete Andy globale Geheimdienstoperationen, f\u00fchrte wirkungsvolle Ermittlungen im Bereich Cyberkriminalit\u00e4t durch und unterst\u00fctzte Spionageabwehr und Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Bedrohungsabwehr. Seine Aufgaben umfassten Eins\u00e4tze in Europa, dem Nahen Osten, Nordostasien und dem Indopazifik, wo er zu nationalen Sicherheitsinitiativen in taktischen und strategischen Umfeldern beitrug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andy ist Absolvent des Defense Language Institute in Mandarin-Chinesisch.
