This series will give you a preview of Swimlane, our culture, and the people who keep us going<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My name is Abby Shapiro, and I\u2019m a Customer Success Manager here at Swimlane.&nbsp;I\u2019ve been with Swimlane since December, 2023. I always tell my customers that I want them to tell me the good, the bad and the ugly, and that their honesty and feedback is the only way we can improve.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-do-you-like-to-do-when-you-aren-t-working\">What do you like to do when you aren\u2019t working?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I like to spend time with my family &#8211; my weekends are usually spent outside, cooking or checking out one of the local breweries in Longmont.&nbsp;I love to travel and explore new places as much as possible and can\u2019t wait to start bringing my daughter along on these trips so she can start seeing the world (once she\u2019s old enough to remember them).
