This series will give you a preview of Swimlane, our culture, and the people who keep us going<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My name is Samantha Simione. I live in Cleveland, Ohio. My son is 20 years old and entering his junior year at John Carroll University, where he is studying finance and plays on the men\u2019s soccer team. He also competes in semi-pro soccer for Lightning FC. My daughter is 18 and recently graduated from high school. We love her so much. I\u2019m responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, building and nurturing executive-level relationships, and guiding prospects through complex sales cycles. I work closely with cross-functional teams\u2014marketing, product, and customer success\u2014to ensure alignment around customer needs and long-term value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-do-you-enjoy-most-about-working-at-swimlane\">What do you enjoy most about working at Swimlane?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>What I love most about working at Swimlane is the incredible culture &#8211; collaborative, driven and genuinely supportive &#8211; which makes every day rewarding. This has offered me a sense of deep gratitude and great purpose.
