I live in Berthoud,&nbsp;Colorado which is outside of Denver. I have two children \u2013 my son is Weston, he&#8217;s six, and my&nbsp;daughter Daria is three. I am originally from Louisville and Lexington Kentucky but have lived in Colorado for half of my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/assets\/uploads\/images\/neal-pic-2.jpeg\" alt=\"Neal enjoys the Colorado outdoors\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long have you been with Swimlane?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve been at Swimlane for&nbsp;4.5 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does your job entail?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My job is managing a team of SDRs around the world and helping to create sales pipeline for the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do you enjoy most about working at Swimlane?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I have always liked working for Colorado-based companies. This summer we have had some great camping trips.
