kontinuierlichen \u00dcberwachung und Verwaltung eines Unternehmens, um potenzielle Sicherheitsrisiken zu identifizieren, zu validieren und zu beheben \u2013 ist f\u00fcr Organisationen von entscheidender Bedeutung, um die Einf\u00fchrung neuer Schwachstellen zu vermeiden, die ihre allgemeine Sicherheitslage und letztendlich ihre Gesch\u00e4ftsziele gef\u00e4hrden k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n<p>Trotzdem kann das kontinuierliche Importieren, Bewerten und Validieren neuer Schwachstellendaten, das Weiterleiten von Abhilfema\u00dfnahmen zur Genehmigung und das Delegieren der n\u00e4chsten Schritte sowie die Durchf\u00fchrung von Nachverfolgung und Validierung manuell ein zeit- und arbeitsintensiver Prozess sein. Fehlen einem Unternehmen die entsprechenden personellen Kapazit\u00e4ten, lassen sich solch umfangreiche \u00dcberwachungs- und Managementma\u00dfnahmen nur schwer aufrechterhalten. Werden diese nicht priorisiert, verringern Unternehmen ihre F\u00e4higkeit, sich vor bekannten Schwachstellen zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Als Gr\u00fcnder von Swimlane <a href=\"\/de\/um\/#management\">Cody Cornell<\/a> erkl\u00e4rte er in einem k\u00fcrzlich gef\u00fchrten Interview: \u201cWir alle wissen, dass mit der <a href=\"\/de\/treiber-fur-cybersicherheit-teil-eins-das-internet-der-dinge\/\">Internet der Dinge (IoT)<\/a> Die Verbreitung IP-f\u00e4higer Ger\u00e4te in Unternehmen nimmt rasant zu. Daher wird es f\u00fcr Organisationen aufgrund der Ger\u00e4tevielfalt und -menge immer schwieriger, diese Schwachstellen zu erkennen, zu beheben und zu validieren \u2013 sei es in der traditionellen Infrastruktur, in Cloud-Umgebungen, bei Mobilger\u00e4ten oder neuen IoT-Ger\u00e4ten.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Selbst wenn ein Unternehmen \u00fcber qualifiziertes Personal verf\u00fcgt, k\u00f6nnen dessen Zeit und Talent sicherlich besser genutzt werden, indem der erhebliche Aufwand f\u00fcr die manuelle \u00dcberwachung und Verwaltung von Schwachstellen rund um die Uhr entf\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n<p>Automatisierte Sicherheitsplattformen haben sich daher als praktikable Alternative zur herk\u00f6mmlichen, manuellen Verarbeitung von Schwachstellendaten und -benachrichtigungen etabliert. Eine automatisierte Plattform kann beispielsweise folgende Aufgaben f\u00fcr Unternehmen zentral \u00fcbernehmen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erfassung von Schwachstellenmeldungen aus Drittquellen (z. B. US-CERT\/NVD) und Generierung von Benachrichtigungen \u00fcber potenzielle Auswirkungen, Vereinfachung der Berichterstattung und allgemeine Lageeinsch\u00e4tzung durch Dashboards und Berichte.<\/li>\n<li>Die Schwachstellenscandaten werden von mehreren Scannern in einem zentralen und standardisierten Datenrepository zusammengef\u00fchrt, um eine einfache Berichterstellung und Nachverfolgung zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/li>\n<li>Weisen Sie Systemverantwortliche automatisch bestimmten Schwachstellen zu, wenden Sie benutzerdefinierte Sicherheitsbewertungen an und unterst\u00fctzen Sie die Priorisierung anhand verschiedener Quellen. Zu diesen Quellen geh\u00f6ren beispielsweise Schwachstellenscanner, aber auch interne Variablen, die nur Ihrem Unternehmen bekannt sind, wie etwa: \u201cWird dieses System zur Kundenbetreuung genutzt oder speichert es sensible Daten wie personenbezogene Daten (PII)?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Was m\u00fcssen Unternehmen also \u00fcber die Automatisierung des Lebenszyklus von Schwachstellen\u00fcberwachung und -management wissen? Ein gewisser Automatisierungsgrad erm\u00f6glicht es Unternehmen, Aktivit\u00e4ten zur Schlie\u00dfung von Schwachstellen schneller und mit m\u00f6glichst wenig menschlichem Eingriff voranzutreiben.<\/p>\n<p>Mehr Automatisierung bedeutet im Allgemeinen, dass Organisationen mit ihren vorhandenen Ressourcen schneller und effizienter agieren k\u00f6nnen \u2013 L\u00fccken schneller und umfassender schlie\u00dfen \u2013 wodurch es f\u00fcr Angreifer schwieriger wird, die noch nicht behobenen Schwachstellen auszunutzen, und das Zeitfenster daf\u00fcr verringert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Automatisierung erm\u00f6glicht es Unternehmen nicht nur, sich besser zu sch\u00fctzen, sondern optimiert und verbessert auch ihre gesamten Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe.
