In diesem Blog haben wir bereits dar\u00fcber diskutiert, dass Unternehmen t\u00e4glich Tausende von Warnmeldungen bearbeiten m\u00fcssen und gleichzeitig ein Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel herrscht., <a href=\"\/de\/eine-aufstockung-des-personals-ist-nicht-nachhaltig\/\">Personalaufstockung im SOC<\/a>, Allein ist die Einstellung neuer Analysten keine tragf\u00e4hige Cybersicherheitsstrategie mehr. Um dem Umstand entgegenzuwirken, dass die Einstellung neuer Analysten kein Allheilmittel ist, m\u00fcssen SOCs einen Teil ihrer Prozesse mit hohem Datenaufkommen automatisieren., <a href=\"\/de\/drei-aufgaben-die-sie-in-ihrem-soc-automatisieren-sollten\/\">Aufgaben mit geringer Komplexit\u00e4t<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Doch wie sieht es mit dem Verbleib der bereits im Unternehmen t\u00e4tigen Sicherheitsexperten aus, die die Prozesse und Abl\u00e4ufe der Organisation in- und auswendig kennen? Automatisierte Sicherheitsma\u00dfnahmen k\u00f6nnen auch hierbei hilfreich sein. Vereinfacht gesagt: Die meisten Sicherheitsanalysten haben sich f\u00fcr die Informationssicherheit entschieden, um potenzielle Bedrohungen aufzusp\u00fcren und kreative Wege zu deren Abwehr zu entwickeln. Sie sind nicht in diese Branche eingestiegen, um t\u00e4glich stundenlang monotone Aufgaben wie die folgenden zu erledigen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alarmklassifizierung<\/li>\n<li>Falsch positive Identifizierung<\/li>\n<li>Ticketgenerierung<\/li>\n<li>E-Mail-Benachrichtigung<\/li>\n<li>Berichtserstellung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eine aktuelle Studie von Damballa ergab, dass Unternehmen durchschnittlich \u2026 verschwenden. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.damballa.com\/cost-of-malware-containment-annually\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">395 Stunden pro Woche<\/a> Die Bearbeitung von Fehlalarmen (falsch-negativen\/falsch-positiven) Aufgaben ist sehr zeitaufwendig und f\u00fchrt letztendlich zu einer Demotivation, da die Analysten ihre Arbeit als eint\u00f6nig empfinden und keinen Raum mehr f\u00fcr Kreativit\u00e4t haben.
