Selbst f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen solche Gehaltsausgaben \u2013 ganz zu schweigen von den Sozialleistungen \u2013 die Rentabilit\u00e4t erheblich belasten.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiteres Problem bei der alleinigen Fokussierung auf Neueinstellungen zur Bew\u00e4ltigung h\u00f6herer Arbeitsbelastungen besteht darin, dass ein erheblicher Teil<a href=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/de\/blog\/fachkraftemangel-im-bereich-cybersicherheit\/\"> Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel im Bereich Cybersicherheit<\/a> Dies hat die Suche und Einstellung qualifizierter Kandidaten extrem erschwert. Talente sind rar, was bedeutet, dass die begabtesten Fachkr\u00e4fte von den gro\u00dfen Konzernen, die \u00fcber die n\u00f6tigen Ressourcen verf\u00fcgen, umworben werden. Alle anderen haben schlichtweg Pech.<\/p>\n<p>Selbst wenn Unternehmen \u00fcber ausreichend Kapital verf\u00fcgen, um mehrere neue Mitarbeiter einzustellen und einige Top-Talente zu gewinnen, reicht eine blo\u00dfe Personalaufstockung angesichts Tausender zu untersuchender Warnmeldungen \u2013 von denen weniger als ein F\u00fcnftel weitere Ma\u00dfnahmen erfordert \u2013 und anderer administrativer Aufgaben wie der Berichtserstellung nicht aus, um die SOCs vor dem Ertrinken zu bewahren. Anders ausgedr\u00fcckt: Die aktuelle Bedrohungslage erfordert von Unternehmen neben neuem Personal auch neue Strategien.
