Da milliardenschwere Technologiekonzerne wie Facebook und Google um die besten Talente konkurrieren, ist es f\u00fcr Unternehmen extrem schwierig und kostspielig, qualifizierte Mitarbeiter zu gewinnen. Infolgedessen sch\u00e4tzt Cisco den weltweiten Mangel an IT-Sicherheitsexperten auf \u00fcber <a title=\"Cisco-Newsroom\" href=\"http:\/\/newsroom.cisco.com\/release\/1310011\/Cisco-Annual-Security-Report-Documents-Unprecedented-Growth-of-Advanced-Attacks-and-Malicious-Traffic?utm_medium=rss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1 Million<\/a> IT-Sicherheitsexperten.<\/p>\n<p>Wie kam es also dazu? Der Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel im IT-Bereich entstand nicht \u00fcber Nacht; vielmehr ist er das Ergebnis eines Zusammenwirkens verschiedener Faktoren, darunter:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rasante technologische Entwicklung: <\/strong>Vereinfacht gesagt, schreitet der technologische Fortschritt so rasant voran \u2013 und schafft dadurch so viele neue Arbeitspl\u00e4tze \u2013, dass es schwierig ist, gen\u00fcgend qualifizierte Fachkr\u00e4fte f\u00fcr diese Stellen auszubilden.
