fundamental para las operaciones de seguridad. Suele ser la mejor oportunidad para demostrar el valor de forma cuantificable y consolidar el apoyo a las futuras iniciativas de la organizaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, presentar ante el consejo tambi\u00e9n puede ser sumamente estresante. Un estudio reciente de Trustwave se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cel 40 % de los profesionales de la ciberseguridad sienten la mayor presi\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n con su programa de seguridad justo antes o despu\u00e9s de una reuni\u00f3n del consejo de administraci\u00f3n\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gran parte de ese estr\u00e9s proviene de una \u00fanica cuesti\u00f3n: \u00bfc\u00f3mo se comunican eficazmente los profesionales de seguridad con enfoque t\u00e9cnico con los miembros de la junta que no son t\u00e9cnicos?<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n se ofrecen algunos consejos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primero, comience con informaci\u00f3n procesable.<\/strong> El enfoque de la junta directiva en ciberseguridad se centra en proteger a la organizaci\u00f3n. Presentar una estrategia clara de respuesta a incidentes es fundamental para mantener el apoyo de la junta directiva.
