instituci\u00f3n est\u00e1 a salvo de una filtraci\u00f3n de datos. La filtraci\u00f3n de datos de Target durante las vacaciones de 2013 hizo que las organizaciones finalmente se dieran cuenta del panorama de amenazas a la ciberseguridad. Revelaciones posteriores, como la noticia de que hackers rusos pudieron leer los correos electr\u00f3nicos no clasificados del presidente Obama, han llevado a empresas y organizaciones gubernamentales a buscar desesperadamente expertos en seguridad con experiencia y soluciones eficaces de an\u00e1lisis e informes de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho de que los piratas inform\u00e1ticos pudieran leer los correos electr\u00f3nicos del presidente abre una serie de preguntas sobre qu\u00e9 sistemas cr\u00edticos podr\u00edan ser capaces de piratear los delincuentes tambi\u00e9n, como por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Redes el\u00e9ctricas<\/li>\n<li>Medidas de seguridad en instalaciones gubernamentales<\/li>\n<li>Sistemas de armas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No es sorprendente que, ante estas preocupaciones, las organizaciones prioricen cada vez m\u00e1s la ciberseguridad. Una encuesta reciente a directores de TI del banco de inversi\u00f3n Piper Jaffray, por ejemplo, revel\u00f3 que el 75 % de los encuestados planea aumentar el gasto en seguridad inform\u00e1tica en 2015. Hist\u00f3ricamente, la estrategia predeterminada para mejorar la ciberseguridad ha sido simplemente aumentar el personal en el centro de operaciones de seguridad (SOC). Pero esa t\u00e1ctica se est\u00e1 volviendo mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil, ya que <a href=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/es\/blog\/escasez-de-habilidades-en-ciberseguridad\/\">talento en ciberseguridad<\/a> Tiene alta demanda y escasa oferta.<\/p>\n<p>Atraer talento de calidad en seguridad inform\u00e1tica tampoco ser\u00e1 f\u00e1cil. De hecho, una encuesta reciente a gerentes de TI y ciberseguridad, realizada conjuntamente por RSA Conference e ISACA, revel\u00f3 que el 52 % de los encuestados afirm\u00f3 que menos de una cuarta parte de los solicitantes poseen las habilidades necesarias para cubrir puestos vacantes; el 53 % de estos gerentes indic\u00f3 que actualmente se tarda entre tres y seis meses en cubrir las vacantes. Para complicar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la situaci\u00f3n, el talento de primer nivel suele ser absorbido por grandes corporaciones como Google y Facebook. Por lo tanto, si las organizaciones gubernamentales y privadas que supervisan infraestructuras cr\u00edticas siguen intentando afrontar los retos de seguridad contratando personal, todos estamos en serios problemas.<\/p>\n<p>A medida que la cantidad y la complejidad de los ataques siguen creciendo, las organizaciones deben abandonar la mentalidad de &quot;reclutar personal&quot;. Dado que el talento es tan escaso, el personal con el que ya cuenta una organizaci\u00f3n, y en particular su tiempo, se convierte en un recurso valioso.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/es\/blog\/automatizacion-de-la-seguridad\/\">Automatizaci\u00f3n de la seguridad<\/a> Ayuda a las organizaciones a conservar ese recurso al permitir que los expertos dediquen m\u00e1s tiempo a tareas cr\u00edticas para la misi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Incluso si se modifican las pol\u00edticas educativas hoy con la esperanza de formar m\u00e1s expertos en seguridad inform\u00e1tica, pasar\u00e1n a\u00f1os antes de que veamos el impacto de ese cambio. La escasez de talento es una realidad y seguir\u00e1 si\u00e9ndolo en el futuro previsible.
