com\u00fan de adaptarse a una mayor carga de trabajo es sencilla: incorporar nuevo personal. Si su base de clientes est\u00e1 creciendo, por ejemplo, probablemente necesitar\u00e1 m\u00e1s agentes en su centro de llamadas para gestionar un mayor volumen de interacciones.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a\u00f1os, <a href=\"\/es\/_wp_link_placeholder\/\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">centros de operaciones de seguridad (SOC)<\/a> Han operado de forma muy similar. A medida que las organizaciones implementaban soluciones de detecci\u00f3n de amenazas dise\u00f1adas para notificar a sus equipos de seguridad sobre posibles ataques, observaron un r\u00e1pido aumento en la cantidad de alertas que deb\u00edan revisar diariamente. Por lo tanto, para seguir el ritmo de ese crecimiento, muchas de estas empresas continuaron ampliando sus equipos contratando a m\u00e1s profesionales de seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, esa estrategia se vuelve prohibitivamente cara r\u00e1pidamente. En 2012, el a\u00f1o m\u00e1s reciente para el que hay datos disponibles, el salario medio de <em>nivel de entrada<\/em> Seg\u00fan la Oficina de Estad\u00edsticas Laborales de EE. UU., el salario anual de los analistas de seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n con menos de cinco a\u00f1os de experiencia ascend\u00eda a $86,170. Para los gerentes, esa cifra se dispara a m\u00e1s de $120,000 al a\u00f1o. Incluso para las grandes organizaciones, gastar esa cantidad en salarios, por no hablar de los beneficios, puede afectar significativamente sus resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Otro problema de depender \u00fanicamente de la contrataci\u00f3n para mantenerse al d\u00eda con cargas de trabajo m\u00e1s pesadas es que una cantidad significativa<a href=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/es\/blog\/escasez-de-habilidades-en-ciberseguridad\/\"> escasez de talento en ciberseguridad<\/a> Ha dificultado enormemente la b\u00fasqueda y contrataci\u00f3n de candidatos cualificados. Un informe reciente presentado al parlamento brit\u00e1nico por un comit\u00e9 de expertos estim\u00f3 que para 2017 habr\u00e1 una escasez mundial de 2 millones de empleos en seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n. El talento es escaso, lo que significa que las personas m\u00e1s talentosas son perseguidas intensamente por los gigantes corporativos que cuentan con los recursos para atraerlos. El resto simplemente no tiene suerte.<\/p>\n<p>Incluso si las organizaciones cuentan con el capital necesario para comprometerse a incorporar a varios empleados nuevos y logran contratar a varias superestrellas, lo cierto es que, con miles de alertas por investigar (menos de una quinta parte de las cuales requieren medidas adicionales) y otras tareas administrativas como la elaboraci\u00f3n de informes, la simple contrataci\u00f3n de personal no ser\u00e1 suficiente para evitar que los SOC se hundan. Dicho de otro modo, el panorama actual de amenazas exige que las organizaciones adopten nuevas estrategias adem\u00e1s de personal nuevo. Simplemente, hay demasiado trabajo como para depender solo de la mano de obra.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto, las empresas deben aceptar la realidad de que la respuesta manual a las amenazas por s\u00ed sola ya no es sostenible ni particularmente efectiva. <a href=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/es\/soluciones\/orquestacion-de-seguridad\/\">Orquestaci\u00f3n de seguridad<\/a> Sin embargo, la automatizaci\u00f3n de la defensa elimina la responsabilidad de gestionar tareas repetitivas del personal de seguridad, imitando sus acciones para resolverlas.
