Avant de choisir Swimlane, il utilisait un outil de r\u00e9ponse aux incidents interne, mais celui-ci ne poss\u00e9dait pas les capacit\u00e9s d&#039;automatisation et la flexibilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires. La solution SOAR devait int\u00e9grer des fonctionnalit\u00e9s qui, bien qu&#039;inutiles actuellement, pourraient s&#039;av\u00e9rer n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&#039;avenir. Si les solutions d\u2019orchestration et d\u2019automatisation informatique n\u2019ont que partiellement r\u00e9pondu aux besoins du MSSP, deux fournisseurs SOAR de premier plan, dont Swimlane, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenus pour des tests internes. Swimlane s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre le meilleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le directeur des produits de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les principales raisons pour lesquelles Swimlane s&#039;est distingu\u00e9 comme le meilleur choix \u00e9taient les suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"bs-div bs-div-faa2050c28180b142b56b13f3df1f9c1d62c9aa8 bs-div---default bs-div--custom-list-style\"><div class=\"bs-div__inner\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201c Les API \u00e9taient omnipr\u00e9sentes. \u201d La plateforme Swimlane est enti\u00e8rement compatible avec les API et sa documentation est exhaustive. Cela s&#039;explique en grande partie par le fait que le PDG et les autres membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe Swimlane travaillaient dans des SOC et connaissaient parfaitement leur fonctionnement.
