r\u00e9pondre efficacement \u00e0 la rapidit\u00e9 et au volume des alertes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 que re\u00e7oivent aujourd&#039;hui les organisations, elles doivent commencer \u00e0 automatiser une partie de leurs processus les plus r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs. Nous avons \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que <a href=\"\/fr\/automatisation-de-la-gestion-des-operations-de-securite\/\">op\u00e9rations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 automatis\u00e9es<\/a> am\u00e9liorer l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 globale des centres d&#039;op\u00e9rations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SOC) en lib\u00e9rant du temps pour que les analystes de niveau 2 et 3 puissent se concentrer sur la recherche d&#039;attaques complexes et la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux processus pour les r\u00e9soudre.<\/p>\n<p>La question logique suivante est\u00a0: quels processus les SOC devraient-ils automatiser\u00a0? Il n\u2019existe pas de solution universelle\u00a0; chaque organisation doit examiner attentivement ses propres op\u00e9rations pour d\u00e9terminer lesquelles permettraient de gagner le plus de temps gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation. Il existe cependant plusieurs t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives et peu complexes que presque tous les SOC gagneraient \u00e0 confier \u00e0 un outil d\u2019automatisation\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Identification faussement positive\u00a0: <\/strong>L&#039;institut Ponemon a r\u00e9cemment men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de 630 professionnels de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique et a constat\u00e9 que les organisations gaspillent une quantit\u00e9 stup\u00e9fiante de ressources. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ponemon.org\/library\/the-cost-of-malware-containment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">395 heures<\/a> En moyenne, 41 % des organisations enqu\u00eatent chaque semaine sur les faux positifs. La m\u00eame \u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que seulement 41 % d&#039;entre elles utilisent des outils d&#039;automatisation capables d&#039;identifier les menaces r\u00e9elles. Celles qui exploitent des op\u00e9rations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 automatis\u00e9es estiment qu&#039;en moyenne, 60 % des attaques contre les logiciels malveillants peuvent \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9es sans intervention humaine. Ces chiffres sont sans \u00e9quivoque\u00a0: les faux positifs repr\u00e9sentent un probl\u00e8me majeur. <a href=\"\/fr\/arretez-lhemorragie\/\">perte de temps<\/a> et l&#039;automatisation est un moyen efficace de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ce temps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>G\u00e9n\u00e9ration de billets\u00a0: <\/strong>Copier-coller des informations provenant d&#039;e-mails de support ou d&#039;outils de d\u00e9tection \u2014 une t\u00e2che que de nombreuses organisations confient encore \u00e0 leurs cadres sup\u00e9rieurs \u2014 est une perte de temps. Ces experts devraient plut\u00f4t consacrer leurs journ\u00e9es au d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles techniques d&#039;att\u00e9nuation des menaces ou \u00e0 la formation des jeunes membres de l&#039;\u00e9quipe afin qu&#039;ils deviennent des contributeurs cl\u00e9s au sein du SOC. La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de tickets est sans doute le meilleur exemple de t\u00e2che simple et r\u00e9p\u00e9titive. De ce fait, l&#039;automatisation s&#039;impose naturellement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>G\u00e9n\u00e9ration de rapports\u00a0: <\/strong>Surveillance <a href=\"\/fr\/cinq-indicateurs-pour-la-reponse-aux-incidents\/\">indicateurs cl\u00e9s<\/a> Il est crucial pour les RSSI et les DSI de mettre en place des rapports et des tableaux de bord clairs et concis afin d&#039;am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 de leurs \u00e9quipes et de suivre de pr\u00e8s l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 globale de leur SOC. La conversion de ces indicateurs en rapports et tableaux de bord pr\u00e9sentant l&#039;information de mani\u00e8re claire est \u00e9galement essentielle, notamment lorsque la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale demande une mise \u00e0 jour de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou des justificatifs pour un investissement technologique. Le reporting est une fonction importante d&#039;un SOC qui ne devrait jamais \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9e. <a href=\"\/fr\/cessez-de-releguer-les-rapports-danalyse-de-securite-au-second-plan\/\">rel\u00e9gu\u00e9 au second plan<\/a>\u2014mais le processus de synth\u00e8se des indicateurs en r\u00e9sum\u00e9s clairs ne doit pas non plus \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 manuellement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pensez-vous que votre SOC pourrait b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&#039;op\u00e9rations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9
