M\u00eame pour les grandes entreprises, de telles d\u00e9penses salariales \u2013 sans parler des avantages sociaux \u2013 peuvent peser lourdement sur leurs r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 au recours exclusif \u00e0 l&#039;embauche pour faire face \u00e0 une charge de travail plus importante est qu&#039;un nombre significatif<a href=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/fr\/blog\/penurie-de-competences-en-cybersecurite\/\"> P\u00e9nurie de talents en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/a> Trouver et recruter des candidats qualifi\u00e9s est devenu extr\u00eamement difficile. Un rapport r\u00e9cent, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Parlement britannique par un comit\u00e9 d&#039;experts, estimait qu&#039;en 2017, il y aurait une p\u00e9nurie mondiale de 2 millions d&#039;emplois dans le domaine de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique. Les talents \u00e9tant rares, les personnes les plus dou\u00e9es sont courtis\u00e9es avec acharnement par les grandes entreprises qui ont les moyens de les attirer. Quant aux autres, ils n&#039;ont aucune chance.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si les organisations disposent des ressources financi\u00e8res n\u00e9cessaires pour recruter plusieurs nouveaux employ\u00e9s et d\u00e9nicher des profils d&#039;exception, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est qu&#039;avec des milliers d&#039;alertes \u00e0 traiter (dont moins d&#039;un cinqui\u00e8me requiert une intervention) et d&#039;autres t\u00e2ches administratives comme la production de rapports, le simple renforcement des effectifs ne suffira pas \u00e0 \u00e9viter la saturation des SOC. Autrement dit, le contexte actuel des menaces exige des organisations qu&#039;elles adoptent de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies, en plus du recrutement de nouveaux personnels.
