principaux qui redessinent le paysage de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et qui continueront de le faire au cours des trois \u00e0 cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans la premi\u00e8re partie de cette s\u00e9rie, nous avons abord\u00e9 l&#039;impact consid\u00e9rable que la prolif\u00e9ration des objets connect\u00e9s (IoT) aura sur la gestion des op\u00e9rations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. L&#039;IoT est un facteur de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui r\u00e9sulte en grande partie de l&#039;\u00e9volution et de l&#039;expansion naturelles des technologies, mais le secteur est \u00e9galement confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de personnel, notamment une p\u00e9nurie importante de talents en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique.<\/p>\n<h3>Constituer une \u00e9quipe de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Les responsables et les cadres charg\u00e9s de constituer et de doter en personnel les \u00e9quipes de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 constatent une \u00e9volution rapide des comp\u00e9tences que les membres de ces \u00e9quipes doivent poss\u00e9der pour r\u00e9ussir face aux menaces. <a href=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/fr\/combler-le-deficit-en-cybersecurite\/\">Les d\u00e9fis d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui.<\/a> Par exemple, \u00e0 mesure que les environnements cloud et virtualis\u00e9s se g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisent, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u00e9finie par logiciel \u2014 un mod\u00e8le dans lequel la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#039;information est mise en \u0153uvre et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par logiciel \u2014 devient de plus en plus cruciale, ce qui rend les comp\u00e9tences en d\u00e9veloppement logiciel tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, la demande de professionnels de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#039;information poss\u00e9dant ces comp\u00e9tences de d\u00e9veloppement d\u00e9passe largement le nombre de personnes qui les d\u00e9tiennent. Et face \u00e0 la concurrence f\u00e9roce entre les g\u00e9ants de la tech comme Facebook et Google, qui se disputent les meilleurs talents, il devient extr\u00eamement difficile et co\u00fbteux pour les entreprises d&#039;attirer des individus dot\u00e9s de telles aptitudes. Par cons\u00e9quent, Cisco estime aujourd&#039;hui \u00e0 plus de [nombre manquant] le nombre de professionnels de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#039;information poss\u00e9dant ces comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle mondiale. <a title=\"Salle de presse Cisco\" href=\"http:\/\/newsroom.cisco.com\/release\/1310011\/Cisco-Annual-Security-Report-Documents-Unprecedented-Growth-of-Advanced-Attacks-and-Malicious-Traffic?utm_medium=rss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1 million<\/a> Professionnels de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique.<\/p>\n<p>Comment en sommes-nous arriv\u00e9s l\u00e0\u00a0? La p\u00e9nurie de talents en informatique n\u2019est pas apparue du jour au lendemain\u00a0; elle r\u00e9sulte plut\u00f4t d\u2019une conjonction de facteurs, notamment\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00c9volution rapide de la technologie : <\/strong>En clair, la technologie \u00e9volue si rapidement \u2013 et cr\u00e9e par cons\u00e9quent tant de nouveaux emplois \u2013 qu&#039;il est difficile de former suffisamment de professionnels qualifi\u00e9s pour pourvoir ces postes. Ce rythme d&#039;\u00e9volution technologique implique \u00e9galement que les comp\u00e9tences des employ\u00e9s deviennent vite obsol\u00e8tes, \u00e0 moins que les professionnels du secteur ne fassent un effort concert\u00e9 pour se tenir au courant des derni\u00e8res tendances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00c9volution des comp\u00e9tences requises : <\/strong>Avec l&#039;\u00e9volution des technologies et des menaces, les comp\u00e9tences requises en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#039;information \u00e9voluent \u00e9galement. Les professionnels de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique de demain devront poss\u00e9der une expertise leur permettant de participer activement \u00e0 la conception et au d\u00e9veloppement des syst\u00e8mes, proc\u00e9dures et applications de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Or, sur le march\u00e9 du travail actuel, les personnes poss\u00e9dant ce large \u00e9ventail de comp\u00e9tences sont rares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les talents en interne\u00a0: <\/strong>M\u00eame si une organisation recrute un expert en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique naturellement dou\u00e9, elle doit imp\u00e9rativement familiariser le nouvel employ\u00e9 avec ses processus internes et ses bonnes pratiques. Malheureusement, nombre de ces entreprises ne disposent pas d&#039;une strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement des talents bien con\u00e7ue, incluant la documentation des processus \u00e9labor\u00e9s par les membres exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s de l&#039;\u00e9quipe afin de les utiliser comme outils p\u00e9dagogiques et pour une formation pratique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>March\u00e9 hautement concurrentiel\u00a0: <\/strong>Si le talent est rare, il est logique que les plus dou\u00e9s <strong>professionnels de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique<\/strong> Les plus grandes et les plus prosp\u00e8res entreprises du monde (comme Google et Facebook) vont se les disputer avec acharnement. Ces g\u00e9ants sont en mesure de proposer les offres les plus attractives et d&#039;attirer les meilleurs talents, laissant les autres entreprises se battre pour recruter \u2013 et probablement
