Afinal, muitas dessas empresas armazenam informa\u00e7\u00f5es confidenciais de clientes, portanto, uma viola\u00e7\u00e3o de dados corporativos pode afetar milh\u00f5es de pessoas.<\/p>\n<p>Mas a ideia de que os CIOs de governos estaduais estejam encontrando extrema dificuldade para identificar e integrar talentos \u00e9 ainda mais preocupante, visto que esses governos abrigam todo tipo de informa\u00e7\u00e3o sens\u00edvel. Infelizmente, \u00e9 exatamente isso que est\u00e1 acontecendo. De fato, uma pesquisa realizada pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Diretores de Inform\u00e1tica Estaduais (NASCIO, na sigla em ingl\u00eas) no in\u00edcio deste ano constatou que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nascio.org\/publications\/documents\/NASCIO_StateITWorkforceSurvey2015_WEB.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">67,3%<\/a> Governos listaram a seguran\u00e7a como uma das habilidades mais dif\u00edceis de encontrar em potenciais funcion\u00e1rios, uma porcentagem maior do que em qualquer outra \u00e1rea de TI.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o existe uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1gica para resolver esse problema de talentos. O relat\u00f3rio da NASCIO discute algumas ideias inovadoras que alguns CIOs estaduais est\u00e3o experimentando, incluindo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Criar programas de est\u00e1gio mais robustos para desenvolver talentos internamente.<\/li>\n<li>Contratamos recrutadores especializados em TI para buscar agressivamente os melhores talentos.<\/li>\n<li>Oferecer reembolso de mensalidades para graduados de universidades e academias de TI que trabalham no setor p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n<li>Oferecer oportunidades de ascens\u00e3o profissional acelerada para profissionais de TI inovadores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essas s\u00e3o ideias inteligentes que, sem d\u00favida, ajudar\u00e3o os governos a atrair talentos que, de outra forma, poderiam ter optado por uma carreira no setor privado. A realidade, por\u00e9m, \u00e9 que alguns desses esfor\u00e7os provavelmente n\u00e3o dar\u00e3o frutos por pelo menos alguns anos. Al\u00e9m disso, contratar os melhores e mais brilhantes profissionais de seguran\u00e7a cibern\u00e9tica sempre ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil para os governos estaduais enquanto estiverem competindo com empresas de tecnologia como Facebook e Google, que podem oferecer remunera\u00e7\u00e3o significativamente maior.<\/p>\n<p>Com isso em mente, os governos estaduais precisar\u00e3o encontrar maneiras de utilizar melhor o talento e os recursos que possuem atualmente.
