sensa\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando a semana come\u00e7a, voc\u00ea se compromete a monitorar cuidadosamente sua <a href=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/pt\/blogue\/o-que-e-um-centro-de-operacoes-de-seguranca-soc\/\">centros de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a (SOC)<\/a> crucial <a href=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/pt\/blogue\/metricas-de-seguranca-em-alta\/\">m\u00e9tricas de seguran\u00e7a<\/a>; analisando cuidadosamente relat\u00f3rios e registros em busca de maneiras de aumentar a efici\u00eancia; e <em>finalmente <\/em>Encontrar tempo para ensinar aos membros juniores da equipe seus processos de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios e outras tarefas repetitivas que, com muita frequ\u00eancia, ainda recaem sobre voc\u00ea.<\/p>\n<p>Mas, aparentemente, toda segunda-feira esses objetivos ficam para tr\u00e1s, principalmente porque sua fila de alertas de seguran\u00e7a come\u00e7a a aumentar e voc\u00ea se distrai com a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de escalas de funcion\u00e1rios, a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios de rotatividade de turnos e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de chamados de suporte. Provavelmente, voc\u00ea est\u00e1 percebendo que passa cada vez mais tempo investigando manualmente cada alerta, sem mencionar a necessidade de alternar entre v\u00e1rias ferramentas de seguran\u00e7a para obter dados e enviar notifica\u00e7\u00f5es por e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado, alguns dos relat\u00f3rios cruciais que voc\u00ea deseja compilar \u2014 incluindo alguns que voc\u00ea deve entregar \u00e0 ger\u00eancia semanalmente \u2014 acabam sendo deixados de lado. Mesmo que esses relat\u00f3rios sejam conclu\u00eddos, voc\u00ea provavelmente n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 tempo suficiente para revis\u00e1-los. Isso \u00e9 um problema em v\u00e1rios n\u00edveis porque:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sem tempo para registrar as m\u00e9tricas corretas, gerar relat\u00f3rios e avaliar os dados, voc\u00ea n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 uma vis\u00e3o clara da efici\u00eancia operacional do seu SOC e n\u00e3o conseguir\u00e1 identificar \u00e1reas para melhoria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tem tempo para se dedicar a relat\u00f3rios e an\u00e1lises, provavelmente tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 tempo para realizar todas as tarefas que exigem seu n\u00edvel espec\u00edfico de especializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tem recursos para capturar e padronizar processos, fazer com que funcion\u00e1rios juniores e novos contratados se sintam confort\u00e1veis com essas t\u00e9cnicas torna-se extremamente desafiador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essa \u00faltima quest\u00e3o \u00e9 especialmente preocupante porque garante que seu ciclo de neglig\u00eancia na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios e an\u00e1lises de seguran\u00e7a continuar\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Agora, imagine como seria sua semana se voc\u00ea pudesse coletar m\u00e9tricas e gerar relat\u00f3rios automaticamente, sobrando mais tempo para analisar os dados e fazer ajustes operacionais com base neles.<\/p>\n<p>Imagine o quanto voc\u00ea seria mais proativo e criativo em seus esfor\u00e7os de mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o de ataques com a capacidade de responder automaticamente a alertas de alto volume e baixa complexidade, em vez de revisar cada um manualmente. E pense em quanto mais produtivo seu SOC seria como um todo com funcion\u00e1rios juniores que poderiam aliviar parte da carga administrativa.<\/p>\n<p>A manh\u00e3 de segunda-feira seria muito mais
