adaptar a uma carga de trabalho maior \u00e9 simples: contratar novos funcion\u00e1rios. Se sua base de clientes est\u00e1 crescendo, por exemplo, voc\u00ea provavelmente precisar\u00e1 de mais agentes em sua central de atendimento para lidar com um volume maior de intera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Durante anos, <a href=\"\/pt\/_wp_link_placeholder\/\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Centros de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a (SOCs)<\/a> operaram de maneira muito semelhante. \u00c0 medida que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es implementaram solu\u00e7\u00f5es de detec\u00e7\u00e3o de amea\u00e7as projetadas para notificar suas equipes de seguran\u00e7a sobre poss\u00edveis ataques, elas observaram um r\u00e1pido aumento no n\u00famero de alertas que eram obrigadas a revisar diariamente. Assim, na tentativa de acompanhar esse crescimento, muitas dessas empresas continuaram a expandir suas equipes, contratando mais profissionais de seguran\u00e7a da informa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Essa estrat\u00e9gia, no entanto, torna-se rapidamente proibitivamente cara. Em 2012 \u2014 o ano mais recente para o qual h\u00e1 dados dispon\u00edveis \u2014 a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o mediana para <em>n\u00edvel b\u00e1sico<\/em> Segundo o Departamento do Trabalho dos EUA, o sal\u00e1rio anual de um analista de seguran\u00e7a da informa\u00e7\u00e3o com menos de cinco anos de experi\u00eancia era de US$ 1.400.861.700, enquanto o de um gerente \u00e9 de US$ 1.400.000. Para gerentes, esse valor sobe para mais de US$ 1.400.000 anualmente. Mesmo para grandes organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, gastar essa quantia com sal\u00e1rios \u2014 sem mencionar os pacotes de benef\u00edcios \u2014 pode impactar significativamente seus resultados financeiros.<\/p>\n<p>Outro problema de depender exclusivamente de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es para lidar com o aumento da carga de trabalho \u00e9 que uma parcela significativa<a href=\"https:\/\/swimlane.com\/pt\/blogue\/escassez-de-profissionais-de-ciberseguranca\/\"> Escassez de talentos em ciberseguran\u00e7a<\/a> Isso tornou extremamente dif\u00edcil encontrar e contratar candidatos qualificados. Um relat\u00f3rio recente apresentado ao parlamento brit\u00e2nico por um comit\u00ea de especialistas estimou que, at\u00e9 2017, haver\u00e1 uma escassez global de 2 milh\u00f5es de vagas na \u00e1rea de seguran\u00e7a da informa\u00e7\u00e3o. O talento \u00e9 escasso, o que significa que os indiv\u00edduos mais talentosos s\u00e3o disputados acirradamente pelas grandes corpora\u00e7\u00f5es que t\u00eam os recursos para atra\u00ed-los. Todos os outros simplesmente n\u00e3o t\u00eam a mesma sorte.<\/p>\n<p>Mesmo que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es tenham capital dispon\u00edvel para contratar v\u00e1rios novos funcion\u00e1rios e consigam encontrar profissionais de alto n\u00edvel, a verdade \u00e9 que, com milhares de alertas para investigar \u2014 dos quais menos de um quinto exige a\u00e7\u00e3o adicional \u2014 e outras tarefas administrativas, como a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios, aumentar o quadro de funcion\u00e1rios por si s\u00f3 n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 suficiente para evitar a sobrecarga dos SOCs. Em outras palavras, o cen\u00e1rio atual de amea\u00e7as exige que as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es adotem novas estrat\u00e9gias, al\u00e9m de contratar novos funcion\u00e1rios.
