As part of your Swimlane experience and handoff, our technical training team works with you hand-in-hand to develop a training plan that meets the needs of your analysts and your organization. We train your teams on how to best use of Swimlane for your incident response processes and workflows. Our training can be provided in-person or virtually with hands-on, instructor-led content.

CERTIFIED USER
Swimlane Certified SOAR User (SCSU)
WHO: A Swimlane Certified SOAR User (SCSU) possesses the knowledge to interact with Swimlane records, reports and dashboards to resolve security alerts quickly.
WHAT: Online course that provides end-users with an overview of interacting with Swimlane records, reports and dashboards.
BENEFITS: SCSU certification validates your knowledge of security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR).

CERTIFIED ADMINISTRATOR
Swimlane Certified SOAR Administrator (SCSA)
WHO: A Swimlane Certified SOAR Administrator (SCSA) can implement SOAR use cases and manage the Swimlane platform.
WHAT: Instructor-led training with hands-on practicals that teach students how to install and configure the Swimlane platform, deploy and configure Swimlane applications and workflows, configure integrations, implement RBAC, and build reports and dashboards.
BENEFITS: SCSA certification validates your ability to configure the central features of Swimlane and effectively deploy SOAR use cases.

CERTIFIED DEVELOPER
Swimlane Certified SOAR Developer (SCSD)
WHO: A Swimlane Certified SOAR Developer (SCSD) has basic coding knowledge in Python and JavaScript and can develop and deploy custom content in Swimlane.
WHAT: Instructor-led training with hands-on practicals that teach students how to develop and deploy custom content, to include integrations and widgets. To be eligible for the developer certification, individuals must have completed the SCSA certification previously.
BENEFITS: SCSD certification validates your knowledge of developing custom content within the Swimlane SOAR platform, ensuring your ability to make use of its full functionality to orchestrate and automate the incident response process.
