Midori Connolly-Babb

Midori is a Senior Technical Trainer at Swimlane, where she leads the company’s customer education program. She manages LMS administration, develops and delivers technical training, authors eLearning content using AI-driven tools, and sets strategic goals to measure the impact of customer education on retention, support ticket deflection, product adoption, CSAT, and time-to-value. Her focus is on creating a learning experience that reflects the best possible customer experience. Prior to Swimlane, Midori served as a Learning Solutions Architect at Aptima, applying artificial intelligence to streamline instructional design for U.S. Department of Defense programs. She developed AI-powered platforms to accelerate requirements gathering and learning solutions for Navy training programs, enhancing productivity and readiness for warfighters. Before that, she led Customer Education and Enablement at Cyderes, overseeing a security operations team, managing compliance programs, delivering product and security training, and producing executive briefings to align security strategy with business goals. In addition, Midori volunteered as a US Navy Ombudsman for the Naval Special Warfare Command, acting as the liaison between leadership and families to provide critical resources, manage communications, and support command readiness. With experience spanning technical training, instructional design, security enablement, and community leadership, Midori brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for creating effective, impactful learning experiences.
