A letter from Cody Cornell, Swimlane CEO

As a founder, returning to the CEO role is an exciting feeling. I know both what we are capable of and where we can improve. The timing feels fortuitous, with the rapid adoption of AI, I’m excited to be at the center of our technology transformation that is already underway. This is an exhilarating moment for me to be laser-focused on enabling our customers to make massive strides in their AI and automation journey. 

For the past decade, Swimlane has operated with a singular goal: to make the lives of security teams better. We’ve always believed that automation is the key to solving the chaos of modern security operations. As automation and agentic AI collide, that belief is stronger than ever. But with every challenge, we have a chance to change how we work.

Our recent $45 million growth funding round is more than just an investment. It is a validation of our vision. I am more optimistic than ever about the future of Swimlane. Hero AI is already transforming how teams think about automation across the entire security organization, and we are just getting started.
