Michael Lyborg is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in the information security sector. As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Swimlane, a pioneering force in security automation, he is leaving an indelible mark. Michael's tenure at Swimlane also included a stint as Vice President of Global Consulting Services, where he steered engineering teams and crafted controls, policies, and procedures for various compliance certifications such as SOC2, ISO 27001, and CMMC. Prior to his role at Swimlane, Michael made significant contributions at Heska Corporation as the IT & Security Operations Manager. His diverse background includes serving as Operations Manager for the Marine Special Operations Command, Chief Instructor at the Marine Special Operations School, and Infantry Leader in the 2nd Marine Division of the United States Marine Corps.
