Prior to Swimlane, Jim held executive sales roles at several cybersecurity and enterprise software companies, most recently serving as EVP of Global Sales at NetSPI, where he accelerated growth and expanded the enterprise footprint. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Infoblox, Fortinet, Netscreen/Juniper, Verisign, and Savvis, driving double- and triple-digit revenue growth, building sales teams, and supporting acquisitions and fundraising efforts.
