What is your data retention policy?
All MSSP platform packages come with a 12-month data retention period. Retention add-ons are available in quarterly increments.
How can I access Turbine’s AI-enhanced features?
Hero AI is Swimlane’s own large language model (LLM) and collection of AI-enhanced features. It is available to MSSPs through 100 to 50,000 prompt packs. Hero AI is turned off by default in the Turbine platform, meaning customers must willingly opt-in to using generative AI capabilities. To opt in, you must review and agree to the legal terms and conditions, then an authentication token will be provided to configure Hero AI. Swimlane professional services will help oversee this during the implementation process.
What deployment models are available for Turbine?
Swimline Turbine is available for MSSPs through a SaaS/cloud offering. Swimlane Cloud is hosted in 6 regions; US, UK, EU, Singapore, Tokyo, and Australia. Swimlane Turbine is available for enterprise customers through on-premises or in air-gapped deployments. MSSPs who act as a value-added reseller (VAR) may use Swimlane’s enterprise pricing plan to procure an on-premises or air-gapped installation of Turbine to maintain and run on behalf of their end customer.
