Swimlane Surges into 2026 as an AI SOC Leader Following a Record-Breaking Year

Company secured $45M in new capital, pioneered industry-first agentic AI capabilities for security operations

DENVER – March 4, 2026 Swimlane, the leader in agentic AI automation for every security function, today announced a breakout year in 2025, positioning the company at the forefront of the AI SOC market heading into 2026. The company’s momentum was powered by industry-first agentic AI innovation, accelerating enterprise adoption and broad market validation.

Swimlane’s 2025 momentum underscored the surging demand for agentic AI in security operations. Over the course of the year, the company developed over 100 new expert agents, automated 94% of Tier 1 and Tier 2 alerts, and is delivering the capacity of 60,000 SOC analysts across our customer base through agentic AI automation. The company’s momentum resulted in 110% net revenue retention across a rapidly expanding customer base that now includes the world’s largest law firm, one of Singapore’s most prominent investment firms, a leading energy producer and transporter, and an international air self-defence force.

“Our momentum in 2025 created a clear foundation for what comes next,” said Cody Cornell, Co-Founder and CEO of Swimlane. “By delivering agentic AI at enterprise scale and earning trust across the Fortune 500 and federal government, we proved that AI can drive real outcomes in security operations. As organizations rethink how the SOC must operate in an AI-native world, Swimlane enters 2026 positioned to lead the next phase of the AI SOC category.”

Executing the AI SOC Vision

Backed by a $45 million growth funding round and reinforced by a series of strategic leadership appointments, Swimlane accelerated its product roadmap and execution in 2025,  laying the foundation for the Swimlane AI SOC. Each platform investment below was a deliberate step toward delivering the industry’s most capable, transparent, and autonomous AI SOC. Swimlane:

  • Launched Swimlane AI SOC with intelligent deep agents, delivering a transparent, autonomous AI workforce that shifts analysts from alert fatigue to accelerated defense. Powered by two proprietary deep agents, an Investigation & Response Agent and a Playbook Generator Agent.
  • Introduced and expanded Hero AI, the industry’s first private agentic AI companion for security operations. Built on Swimlane’s proprietary and private large language model (LLM), Hero provides contextually aware assistance, resolving 99% of Tier 1 SOC analyst tasks without human intervention.
  • Launched first-of-their-kind AI agents for case management that fundamentally transform how security teams conduct investigations. These specialized agents automatically gather and correlate evidence across integrated data sources, dramatically reducing mean-time-to-remediate (MTTR).
  • Unveiled a complete fleet of specialized AI agents alongside an intuitive agent builder that democratizes agentic AI development for security teams, providing the capacity of over 60,000 virtual SOC analysts daily.
  • Achieved ISO 42001 certification for AI governance, becoming one of the first 30 companies globally and one of only 15 worldwide to hold the prestigious ISO trifecta (ISO 42001, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701).
  • Expanded the platform beyond the SOC with three new enterprise solutions: Vulnerability Response Management (VRM) for smarter risk prioritization and management, Compliance Audit Readiness (CAR) for automated compliance control mapping and real-time risk-based reporting, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) for strengthening organizational resilience across critical business functions.

Swimlane also expanded its ecosystem footprint through strategic partnerships with the Wiz Integration Network (WIN) and the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association, extending the platform’s reach across cloud security and enterprise ecosystems.

Industry recognition throughout 2025 further validated Swimlane’s market leadership, including inclusion on the Inc. 5000 and Inc.’s Best Workplaces lists for the second consecutive year, recognition by QKS Group as a “Most Valuable Pioneer” in AI maturity and a technology leader in the SPARK Matrix for SOAR, and designation as a Top Five SecOps AI Automation Vendor by Tag Cyber. That momentum was further reinforced by analyst validation from Software Analyst Cyber Research (SACR), which highlighted Swimlane’s real-world approach to AI SOC innovation and execution.
