2022 Wrap-Up: A Winning Year for Swimlane

 

2023 is in full swing, and we couldn’t be more excited. This past year has been monumental for Swimlane, thanks to our $70 million in growth funding, regional expansion into APJ and META and the launch of our newest solution, Swimane Turbine.

It’s one thing to hear about Swimlane’s success from us. What’s more telling of our growth is the unbiased recognition across the security industry. Before we all get caught up in 2023 cyberattacks and industry trends, let’s take a look back at Swimlane’s industry recognition this past year.

Fastest-Growing Cybersecurity Company in Colorado

We’re excited to share the most recent recognition: Swimlane’s ranking as Colorado’s fastest-growing cybersecurity company. With a #15 ranking overall on the Colorado Startups Leaderboard, the importance of security automation is more evident than ever.

The Leaderboard, by Colorado Startups, is a semiannual showcase of the 50 fastest-growing startups in the state. The list uses public company data from Crunchbase – such as company employee count, funding, and other social data – to determine the rankings. This method of ranking is less subjective than other company lists, focusing on measurable growth.

Top 25 Fastest-Growing Cybersecurity Companies in North America – Deloitte Technology Fast 500™

Swimlane ranked No. 24 among cybersecurity companies on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America, now in its 28th year. With exponential revenue growth during the period, Swimlane has become the largest and fastest-growing pure-play security automation company protecting nearly $1 trillion in annual revenue among its top 25 customers.

Best Security Company of the Year

We’re honored to be named the Best Security Company of the Year by the 2022 American Cyber Awards. Established to shine a spotlight on innovative and successful companies, the American Cyber Awards searches for those that are pushing the boundaries in the fight against cybercrime. Swimlane is committed to building a company culture and product to help security teams in their fight against growing attacks, highlighted by this highly-regarded award.

Swimlane Turbine Named Best SecOps Solution

Swimlane’s newest low-code security automation platform, Swimlane Turbine, was recognized as the Best SecOps Solution by the 2022 Tech Ascension Awards. The breakthrough platform helps security teams ingest telemetry from hard-to-reach sources and apply automation in and beyond the SOC.

The modern security automation solution was named alongside the very best innovations in cybersecurity. Applicants were judged on technology innovation, market research, and competitive differentiators. The class-leading vendors that received recognition from the Tech Ascension Awards showcased technology that solves critical industry challenges and produces invaluable business outcomes for their customers.

SoftwareReviews 2022 SOAR Data Quadrant Awards

Another major accomplishment was that Swimlane was recently awarded the Gold Medal Award and Leader badge in the SOAR data quadrant by SoftwareReviews, a division of IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group. The award is based on the collective insights of real users and placement is based on satisfaction with platform features, vendor experience, capabilities, and emotional sentiment.

SoftwareReviews named Swimlane a gold medalist in the segment, with a composite score of 8.6 for its Swimlane SOAR platform, representing the aggregated satisfaction score from end-users. Swimlane ranks ahead of other SOAR and security automation providers.

‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Award for Best SOAR Solution

We’re happy to share that Swimlane Turbine was also the recipient of the Platinum 2022 ‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Award from American Security Today for our Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) solution, Swimlane Turbine.

The Annual ‘ASTORS’ Awards Program is designed to honor distinguished government and vendor solutions that deliver enhanced value, benefit, and intelligence to end-users in a variety of government, homeland security, enterprise and public safety vertical markets. Our focus on providing low-code security automation to government agencies is showcased with this industry award.

CRN 5-Star Partner Program

Yet another notable award was the inclusion of Swimlane’s Medley Partner Program in CRN’s 2022 Partner Program Guide as a 5-Star partner. This guide by CRN highlights partner programs that offer comprehensive incentives, training, services and benefits.

Finally, Swimlane was recognized as a 2022 Tech Cares Award recipient by TrustRadius, a trusted research and review platform. Swimlane’s corporate social responsibility efforts focus on our dedication to building an inclusive and collaborative work environment for our employees.
