Swimlane Earns 2022 Tech Cares Award From TrustRadius

Swimlane has been recognized for its corporate social responsibility program with a 2022 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius.

Today, Swimlane was recognized as a 2022 Tech Cares Award recipient by TrustRadius, the most trusted research and review platform. This third-annual award celebrates companies that have gone above and beyond to provide impactful corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs for their employees and surrounding communities.

“Swimlane has earned a 2022 Tech Cares award for demonstrating a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility,” said Megan Headley, VP of Research at TrustRadius.

Continued Volunteerism

One of the most vital corporate social responsibility events Swimlane promotes is volunteering. It’s at the core of what we believe in. That’s why local Swimlaners near our Boulder, Colorado HQ regularly volunteer as non-profits such as A Precious Child, an organization that provides support and resources for local children in need.

Swimlane’s unlimited Paid Time Off policy encourages remote employees to take time off to volunteer in their local communities as well.

In-Office Employee Support

A key part of corporate social responsibility starts with supporting our own employees. Swimlaners receive competitive benefits and compensation, equity and 401k contributions, paid parental leave, access to mental health resources and more. While many Swimlaners work worldwide, we still have an active headquarters near Boulder, Colorado. Efforts to create an inclusive, energetic office environment include regular in-office events, social gatherings, snacks and drinks, as well as local team volunteer days.

Remote Employee Support

Corporate social responsibility is especially important when your workforce spans multiple countries and time zones. Swimlane proudly supports its remote employees with extra consideration toward inclusive events and opportunities. Some of the ways remote employees are supported include unlimited PTO to volunteer in local communities, as well as flexible hours and work schedules. Swimlane also encourages regular company-paid team-building events, both remote and in-person.

To be accepted for the TrustRadius Tech Cares Award, each nominated organization had to be a B2B technology company that demonstrated impactful CSR initiatives in one of the following categories; volunteerism, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, charitable donations and fundraising, support for in-office and remote employees, or environmental sustainability initiatives. Everyone was welcome to nominate an organization for this award, including those who work for or with the company. All nominations were thoroughly vetted by the TrustRadius research team, and supporting proof was provided by the nominated.
